Software Audit Risk Management

Software compliance audits are one of the most unsettling experiences in any organisation. In a recent study performed by Dante Deo, it was found that the likelihood of a compliance audit by one of the mega software vendors in the next 12 months are almost a certainty. Procurement and Sourcing Coaching

There are many good Sourcing and Procurement training programs and courses available in the market however, our experience has highlighted that these training programs and courses have a low adoption of the content. To ensure a difference, Dante Deo has developed a coaching program that allows either an individual or a team to obtain the required skills through a facilitated delivery model.

This program builds awareness of the functional requirements and tasks, building confidence and knowledge in the technical and commercial capabilities of the individual or team. The principle of the coaching program is focused on observation, skills development, action learning, option creation and continuous feedback.
